The five pandemics were known for lack of toilet paper. No wipes and hands were found. Many parents and children are trapped at home and buy out the inventory. The issue provided and the demand was clearly popular in 2020, and eventually in 2021 looked a little better.

Jigsaw puzzle gamess are hard to find. The stores have limited options and empty shelves, and the manufacturers can’t keep up. Many companies don’t travel for months and a lot of online prices are higher than before the currency.

I’m a member of many online groups and I’m surprised to see pictures posted by people with garages, empty rooms, and shelves and puzzle shelves; some with hundreds of puzzles. I have about 20 to complete in my collection and I can’t imagine hundreds. When I finished them, I traded them, sold or framed them.

That’s when I started thinking about how we collect puzzles and how we buy them. I knew from my experience, but I was curious about other people, so I asked online questions in some of my groups and was inspired by the feedback I received.

A lot of people just buy some brands or puzzles. They want to have White Mountain puzzle, or the puzzles of colorful artists and ectics, Aimee Stewart.

Colorful Puzzles

Others focus on the image. They just want cat puzzles, or ships on the water, or abstract art. They don’t like the landscape, or anything that has a big color. A lot of people say they’d spend more on a puzzle if the picture was right.

Some will buy only on prices. Images or brands don’t matter, they just want as many puzzles as they can. They would search convenience stores and dollar stores. They enjoyed finding it. They’ll do all the puzzles they can find.

Many people are confused by the pandemic. When we were stuck at home, they went online and joined groups, shared images and talked about different sales. Of course, the more choices we see, the more we want. People worry that they won’t be able to find what they want later, so they start buying more immediately. The fear of disappearing on a riddle that is coveted has increased with hunger. Although there will always be riddles, and we can forget what we just saw, we have to have them. Collection became its own hobby.

However, that was my favorite part in what I learned.

Everyone asks questions because of joy, relaxation, and distractions. Also, there are those who are disabled, health, or poor eyes, and there is much joy in that hobby. They are invincible! I heard from people who wanted to help small businesses and the puzzle companies sponsoring Kickstarter. They begin to love confusion as they try. There are those who begin to panic as children and find comfort in memory. Former addicts use the puzzle as a new focus. Couples who watch television together as they solve puzzles and find comfort in their cooperative work.

Like I said last time, there’s no wrong answer. It’s good to hear that we all have our own stories that will lead us to our own image. How do you feel about puzzles? Why did you buy them? Right? Tell me, I want to know more!
